Go to Account → Reservations, open the booking, and choose Reschedule.
Some stylists require notice windows; if reschedule is disabled, contact support via WhatsApp.
Check Account → Reservations and your email spam folder. If missing, attach your payment
reference in a support ticket and we’ll verify and confirm or refund as applicable.
Open the stylist’s page and click Report. Include screenshots and details. Our
team reviews reports within 24–48 hours and may contact you for follow-up.
Go to Account → Settings and enable 2FA. Scan the QR with an
authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator), then enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
